One of my favourite bands, Goldspot has a charity single out “If The Hudson Overflows” which is out now. All proceeds from the single will go to the American Red Cross and its Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.
Please share this, buy this, get this to as many people as you can. There are many on the East Coast in need of your help. When the band’s front man, Siddhartha Khosla wrote this song a year ago, it was really just a love song for hi wife. In the song, the Hudson River overflowing was intended as a metaphor for tough times …. He never envisioned that the Hudson would actually flood the streets around his home in New Jersey.
