PYRAMID: Atmospheric richness // Photek

The UK-born producer PHOTEK is marking his 15th year anniversary of his debut record ‘Modus Operandi’ [1997]. His new venture, KU:PALM is out 23rd October [physical sale] and 30th October [digitally]  and it’s first single ‘PYRAMID’ is a nicely textured track. Having subtle sitar strings interspersed among snare rolls, crash cymbals and ethereal vocals that recede occasionally, this very exotic experimental tune is reminiscent of the atmospheric richness from Modus Operandi. / Photek Facebook / Photek Twitter
